Role Description The English Language Instructor is a part-time, remote role responsible for delivering online English lessons to learners at various levels. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting interactive classes, designing lesson plans and learning activities, and adapting teaching methods to meet individual learner needs. The instructor will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and develop materials that support speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Additional responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with learners, using digital tools and platforms for instruction, and participating in occasional training or coordination meetings to enhance teaching quality. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Language Teaching skills, with the ability to teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication strategies clearly. Candidates should possess solid Teaching and Education skills, including lesson planning, classroom management in an online setting, and assessment of learner progress. Candidates should possess competent Writing skills to create clear instructional materials, assignments, and feedback for learners. Relevant qualifications such as a degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field, or recognized English teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL) are highly beneficial. Strong command of English, excellent communication skills, familiarity with online teaching platforms, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are required.
