Sales Executive

About ZAT ZAT is a growing company in Egypt. We are looking for a Sales Executive to strengthen our commercial team and drive sales growth across our accounts. About the Role As a Sales Executive, you will own your sales targets, grow and retain customers, and ensure our products are well represented in every account. This is a hands-on role for a target-driven, presentable professional with strong negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets and KPIs: sales target, customer retention (coverage), and collection Manage and develop existing accounts, and win new customers through effective negotiation Build strong, long-term customer relationships Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally Prepare detailed sales performance reports (sell-in, stock, sell-out) Collect competitor data on products, pricing, and product performance to understand customer preferences Ensure correct product visibility and display in all accounts according to company standards and visibility guidelines Comply with company policies and procedures Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager Requirements Bachelor's degree 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Executive or Promoter Good level of English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and negotiation skills Intermediate analytical thinking skills Strong teamwork skills Customer-oriented, target-driven, flexible, and disciplined Professional and presentable appearance What We Offer Social and medical insurance 5-day work week: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Friday and Saturday off) Location: Heliopolis, Cairo Show more
