Site Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth site operations. Review drawings, technical documents, and method statements before and during execution. Monitor project progress and report any delays, issues, or deviations to the project management team. Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and verify completed works. Coordinate material requirements and ensure materials are available according to the project schedule. Prepare daily and weekly site reports and maintain accurate project documentation. Support the resolution of technical and construction-related issues on site. Ensure that site activities are completed within the required time, cost, and quality standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field. 3–5 years of experience in site engineering or construction projects. Experience in infrastructure, transportation, or railway projects is highly preferred. Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and site execution. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents. Strong communication and coordination skills. Good problem-solving and analytical abilities. Good command of English and Arabic.
