Role Description The English Teacher role is a part-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The individual in this role will plan and deliver engaging English lessons that align with E-planet’s curriculum and teaching materials. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes to learners of varying levels, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will maintain classroom discipline, create a supportive learning environment, and use digital and print resources to enhance lessons. The role also involves collaborating with academic staff, participating in training sessions, and ensuring consistent application of E-planet’s teaching standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to instruct learners at different proficiency levels. Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education-related skills to design structured, learner-centered lessons. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with students, colleagues, and caregivers. Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred. Relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are an asset. Experience teaching English to children, teenagers, or adults in a classroom setting is highly beneficial. Ability to use educational technology and digital learning tools to support instruction.
