The Chief Accountant will lead the accounting team and take full ownership of all accounting operations within our manufacturing business. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop the accounting team Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely month-end and year-end closings Ensure full compliance with local accounting, tax, and statutory requirements Manage financial reporting, reconciliations, controls, and accounting records Coordinate and support external, statutory, tax, and legal audits, ensuring timely and proper submission of required documents and explanations Follow up on tax filings, statutory obligations, and regulatory reporting requirements Maintain strong internal controls and ensure proper documentation across accounting processes Provide management with reliable financial insights and reporting to support decision-making Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Required Experience 10–15 years of experience in accounting and finance Proven experience in the manufacturing industry Previous experience leading and managing a team Hands-on experience in dealing with tax and audits.
