Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations. This full-time, on-site role in Port Said involves partnering with department leaders to identify staffing needs, develop job profiles, and manage end-to-end hiring processes. The Human Resources Manager will maintain HR policies and procedures, manage employee records, support training and development initiatives, and ensure workplace health and safety standards are followed. The role also includes handling conflict resolution, supporting employee engagement programs, overseeing compensation and benefits administration, and preparing HR reports for management. The Human Resources Manager will contribute to building an inclusive, respectful, and productive work environment aligned with the organization’s values. Qualifications Ability to manage core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, with a strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to handle multiple priorities and maintain accurate HR documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Proven experience in conflict resolution, coaching, and supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives.
