Role Description This full-time, on-site Ceramic Sales role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Ceramic Sales professional is responsible for engaging customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable ceramic products and solutions. Daily activities include presenting product features and benefits, preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up on leads to meet sales targets. The role involves maintaining product displays, ensuring accurate product information, and collaborating with the team to execute sales promotions and training sessions. The Ceramic Sales professional also handles customer inquiries, resolves issues, and provides after-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve targets. Ability to deliver Training related to ceramic products, sales techniques, and showroom standards. Basic knowledge of ceramics, tiles, or building materials and the ability to learn product specifications quickly. Proven experience in retail or B2C sales, preferably in construction materials, ceramics, or related sectors. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, including weekends or extended hours as needed. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple customer requests.
