Regional Market Planning & Franchised Exclusive‑Pickup Outlet Development Be responsible for overall layout planning, market research and site investigation of designated‑region express exclusive‑pickup outlets. Focus on core scenarios including industrial belts, industrial parks and e‑commerce clusters. Conduct investment promotion for franchisees, hold client interviews and negotiations, brief cooperation policies and conduct business docking. Research local small‑and‑medium express‑logistics market trends, competitor policies and channel landscape. Compile market statistics, channel pain points and cooperation cases, and optimize regional channel‑development strategies and outlet‑layout plans. Help the new Hups to get more shipments. Job Requirements: Hands‑on working experience in express‑logistics, supply‑chain, investment promotion or channel development. Prior experience in developing and managing regional small‑and‑medium express players, logistics channel docking or franchise‑outlet expansion is preferred. Strong capabilities in market development, business negotiation, client interviewing and demand mining. Able to independently drive end‑to‑end workflows including channel negotiation, franchisee engagement and project delivery, with solid market judgment and execution capabilities.
