DevOps Engineer (Azure)

Job Purpose: The Azure DevOps Engineer is responsible for developing, deploying, migrating, and maintaining the infrastructure and tools necessary to automate the deployment, operation, and monitoring of software systems within the Azure environment. Job Accountabilities: Deployment and Infrastructure Management: Develop, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure to support software systems, applying DevOps methodologies and using a variety of tools and technologies. Create, manage, and optimize continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for deploying applications. Automate and manage the infrastructure in Azure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation or Terraform. Ensure that the infrastructure aligns with the clients requirements for scalability, reliability, performance, and security. Stay up to date on relevant technologies, understand trends and opportunities to ensure we are using the best possible techniques and tools. Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration services like Kubernetes to automate the deployment and scaling of applications. Perform root cause analysis for production errors and provide solutions to prevent recurrence. Maintain knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws and ensure compliance. Enhance customer satisfaction by providing exceptional services. Maintain centralized documentation for the Service Delivery Team. Develop quality checklists and playbooks for reliable service delivery. Optimize Azure solutions for performance and efficiency. Drive productivity through time management techniques. Pursue relevant Azure certifications to stay up to date. Job Specification: Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or any related field Working Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in DevOps roles with strong Azure background Professional Certification: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert Certified Kubernetes Administrator Microsoft Certified: Azure Solution Architect Knowledge: Tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jira, Confluence Scripting Languages: Bash, PowerShell, Python CI/CD Pipeline concept, DevOps Architecture, and concepts Experience in Branching Strategies, working with Git Infra as Code: Terraform, Ansible Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Granafa, etc. Must have development experience in any language Good Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Networking Database management systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Oracle Code of Conduct: At Bespin, we are committed to excellence in all that we do, continually seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
