Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist Specto is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can turn business objectives into clear marketing plans, guide campaign execution and use performance insights to improve results. You’ll work closely with our account manager, content creator, media buyer and creative team across a diverse client portfolio. Your responsibilities Develop digital marketing strategies through business, audience and competitor research. Set monthly marketing priorities, campaign themes and channel objectives. Prepare campaign briefs covering audiences, messaging, creative requirements and KPIs. Review content calendars and scripts to ensure they support the client’s goals. Collaborate with the media buyer on campaign direction, offers and creative testing. Analyse performance across social media, advertising and customer journeys. Identify improvements to landing pages, enquiry funnels and conversion paths. Present reports with clear findings, recommendations and next steps. Support Specto’s own marketing and contribute strategic input to new-business proposals. What we’re looking for Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency. Experience developing strategies and coordinating campaigns across multiple accounts. Strong understanding of content marketing, paid media, customer journeys and measurement. Ability to interpret data and turn it into practical decisions. Strong research, presentation and communication skills. Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage. Ownership, attention to detail and confidence working with a multidisciplinary team. Show more
