Role Overview: The Senior Logistics Specialist will oversee end-to-end international shipping operations, manage relationships with freight forwarders, and ensure strict compliance with international customs regulations across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize end-to-end international logistics operations, including both ocean and air freight routing. Oversee complex customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks including Nafeza, ACID, NTRA. Ensure accurate documentation and handling for specialized certificates to prevent clearance delays at ports. Negotiate rates with freight forwarders and shipping lines to optimize supply chain costs. Troubleshoot and resolve operational bottlenecks, port congestion issues. Requirements 3–5 years of proven experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, and customs clearance. Deep understanding of global Incoterms and cross-border trade compliance. Hands-on proficiency with Odoo ERP (or similar advanced ERP systems) for logistics and inventory tracking. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage high-pressure port clearance scenarios. Show more
