Cyber Security Presales Team Leader

Job Responsibilities Lead and manage the cybersecurity team and day-to-day security operations. Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity solutions and security controls. Monitor and respond to security incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities. Conduct security assessments, risk assessments, and vulnerability management. Lead security projects and ensure successful implementation within agreed timelines. Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices. Work closely with IT, Network, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to ensure a secure environment. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to team members. Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry standards. Prepare security reports, KPIs, and recommendations for management. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity / Information Security. Strong knowledge of: • Network & Infrastructure Security • Firewalls, IDS/IPS and VPN • SIEM & SOC operations • Vulnerability Management • Endpoint Security / EDR • Incident Response • Identity & Access Management • Security Risk Assessment Experience leading or mentoring a technical cybersecurity team. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong English communication skills.
