Location: On-site, 10th of Ramadan City. Employment: Full-time, Sunday–Thursday. Preference for candidates living in 10th of Ramadan or nearby areas. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for engineers, technicians, and office staff. Maintain HR records, employee files, and documentation. Handle attendance, leaves, and related HR reports. Prepare and follow up on employment contracts in line with Egyptian labor law and social insurance. Coordinate HR data with accounting for payroll and benefits. Support implementation of HR policies and procedures. Assist with training activities, performance appraisals, and basic employee relations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in industrial/technical companies. Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance. Strong communication and organizational skills. Fluent Arabic; good command of English (written and spoken). Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS/attendance systems is a plus. Benefits Competitive salary based on experience. ٍSocial insurance as per company policy.
