Fresh Real Estate Sales Job Overview We are looking for Fresh Graduates and Junior Sales Candidates who are ambitious, energetic, and interested in building a successful career in Real Estate Sales. No previous real estate experience is required. Responsibilities Handle new leads and potential clients. Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties. Present available projects, units, prices, and payment plans. Conduct calls, meetings, and property viewings with clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Follow up with leads throughout the sales process. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system. Stay updated on real estate projects, market trends, and competitors. Work closely with the sales team and management to close deals. Requirements Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 0–2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Energetic, ambitious, and target-oriented. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good command of English is preferred.
