Our Core Values: · Diversity & Respect · Integrity & Accountability · Collaboration · Leadership & Empowerment · Innovation & Continuous Learning About the Role: We are seeking an experienced HR Senior Manager to support the HR Director in leading the organization's people strategy and driving business performance through effective human capital management. This role serves as the second-in-command within the HR function and plays a key role in shaping organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, reward strategy, and HR governance. The successful candidate will act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership while ensuring operational excellence across all HR disciplines. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA, HR, or Organizational Development) preferred. Professional HR certifications (SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP, CIPD, PHR/SPHR) are an advantage. 15-20 years of progressive HR experience, including 5-10 years in a managerial role. Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and performance management. Solid understanding of labor law, social insurance, and HR compliance requirements. Proven experience in HR operations within a mid‑to‑large organization. Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data‑driven HR reporting. High ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism. HR Strategy & Organizational Design Partner with the business leaders to develop and execute the organization's people strategy in alignment with business objectives. Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives to ensure the structure supports growth, efficiency, and future business needs. Drive organizational effectiveness by identifying opportunities to improve roles, structures, and workforce capability. Plan for succession planning for key leadership and business critical roles to ensure organizational continuity and leadership readiness. Workforce & Talent Strategy Plan the development and implementation of the employer branding and talent attraction strategy. Translate business plans into workforce and talent requirements, identifying future capability needs and workforce gaps. Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development, and leadership development programs. Partner with leaders to build robust talent pipelines and strengthen organizational capability. Reward Strategy & Workforce Analytics Support the development and governance of compensation, benefits, and recognition frameworks to ensure competitiveness and internal equity. Analyze workforce metrics including headcount, productivity, turnover, absenteeism, and labor costs to support strategic decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on people analytics and market trends. Contribute to annual manpower planning and budgeting exercises. Governance, Compliance & Employee Relations Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labour Law, social insurance regulations, and company policies. Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management. Mitigate organizational risk through effective HR governance and policy implementation. Support the resolution of complex and sensitive employee matters while balancing legal, business, and employee considerations. Culture & Organizational Change Lead employee engagement initiatives and translate feedback into actionable improvement plans. Foster a high performance culture aligned with the organization's values and business objectives. Support major organizational changes, including restructuring, transformation projects, and business growth initiatives. Drive change management activities to ensure successful adoption and sustainable outcomes. HR Leadership Provide leadership, coaching, and development to members of the HR team. Strengthen HR position as a trusted business partner through proactive consultation and strategic support. Promote continuous improvement within HR processes, systems, and service delivery. Show more
