Handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction. Process returns, exchanges, and account-related requests. Deliver a seamless customer experience by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate support. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken. Candidate Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 6 months or more of customer service, retail, or contact center experience is preferred. English proficiency level B2 or above (spoken and written). Strong communication and active listening skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Flexible to work rotational shifts.
