We're hiring — Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Tourism) If you can take a campaign from the first brief to the last conversion report, and you've done it for travel brands, this one is for you. Jawla Tours is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to own our digital presence end to end — paid, organic, and everything in between. What you'll do Plan and run paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat — from budget split to ROAS Create content that actually sells travel: destination hooks, offer creatives, reels, landing page copy Own the full funnel — awareness → consideration → booking Work closely with design, SEO and sales to turn traffic into confirmed bookings Read the numbers weekly, scale what works, kill what doesn't Must-haves 3+ years of hands-on experience in the tourism/travel sector — you know the seasons, the destinations, and how travelers actually decide Strong media buying (Meta and Google at minimum) Content creation: you can write the hook and brief the shoot Full marketing cycle awareness — strategy, execution, optimization, reporting Comfortable with CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate as daily language Nice to have SEO fundamentals Experience with booking journeys or OTA platforms Strong Arabic and English copy Show more
