JOB TITLE Manager, Brand Marketing | MAF Properties | Asset Management Egypt Role Summary The Branding Manager is responsible for executing Asset Management Business Unit’s brand and communication strategy across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent visual identity, storytelling, and brand expression. The role focuses on translating strategic brand direction into creative executions that enhance brand equity, support leasing and commercial goals, and strengthen Majid Al Futtaim’s market leadership. ROLE PROFILE Support in developing & Execute brand strategy, positioning, and marketing roadmap in alignment with priorities. Lead the social media strategy for the mall portfolio, driving footfall and tenant visibility through integrated content plans that highlight retail, F&B, entertainment, and seasonal activations. Adapt campaign frameworks, messaging territories, and brand narratives for localization across markets. Manage the execution of all campaigns, ensuring 360° integration and alignment with creative vision. Oversee production of brand collaterals, creative content, and toolkits for regional marketing teams. If needed work with creative and social media agencies to ensure timely and high-quality campaign briefing and delivery. Ensure consistency across all campaign touchpoints (in-mall, OOH, digital, PR, partnerships). Developing and implementing marketing strategies tailored to redevelopment projects. Maintain adherence to brand guidelines across all communication and marketing materials. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Design. 6–10 years of experience in branding or marketing communication roles within retail, real estate, or consumer industries. Proven track record in managing creative agencies and brand implementation. Excellent communication and organisation skills.
