Role Overview Operational role supporting day-to-day store and warehouse activities. Focus on accurate inventory handling, efficient picking/packing, basic reporting, and strict adherence to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) policies. What You'll Be Doing Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately Check, dispatch, and load outgoing shipments against documentation Perform warehouse activities such as scanning, labeling, wrapping, and stock handling Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies Support stock replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory audits Investigate and report stock variances, damages, or defects Follow all warehouse processes, procedures, and work instructions Ensure proper handling and storage of products Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Use warehouse equipment and resources safely and responsibly Adhere to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) policies and report incidents promptly Support teamwork and maintain a high standard of customer service What You’ll Need To Succeed Bachelor's degree holder Experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution centers, retail operations, inventory management, stock control, picking, packing, replenishment, conducting cycle counts, or stock verification Able to work under pressure and on rotational shifts Basic Microsoft Excel and data entry reporting skills Average English communication skills (written and spoken) Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse duties Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Team player with a positive attitude Familiar with or willing to follow HSSE and safety procedures What We Can Offer You With us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
