• Review and understand sales development objectives • Review routing schedule, .including any off-schedule visit • Review previous delivery performances for scheduled customer (volumes sold, % returns, order fill rates,..) • Review distribution center (DC) stock availability of top SKUs, innovation guidelines for new products and on-going promotions campaigns • Review point of sales stock levels and out of stock in order to define a suggestion • Present suggested order to the customer, discuss objectives and adjust order accordingly • Obtain bestselling position in the account • Capture competitor presence and store execution when requested • Ensure pricing guidelines are fully executed • Ensure orders are properly transferred

الوصف الوظيفي تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الكهربائية وتشخيص الأعطال في المعدات الصناعية وخطوط الإنتاج. تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال في لوحات الجهد المنخفض، ودوائر القوى، وأنظمة التحكم. تشخيص أعطال أنظمة الـكلاكسيك كنترول والـ PLC وصيانتها. تركيب وتوصيل واستبدال المكونات الكهربائية والحساسات والأجهزة المختلفة. تشخيص أعطال أجهزة الـ VFD والسيرفو موتور وصيانتها. فحص وصيانة المعدات الكهربائية، بما في ذلك قواطع الكهرباء، وأجهزة الـ UPS، والكابلات، ولوحات التحكم. التعامل مع أعطال المعدات وإنذارات الأنظمة وفقًا لتوجيهات المهندسين ومشرفي الصيانة. الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة الكهربائية وسياسات الشركة ومعايير الصيانة. الالتزام باشتراطات سلامة الغذاء والنظافة وقواعد التصنيع الجيد عند العمل داخل مناطق الإنتاج. العمل بنظام الورديات لضمان استمرار عمليات الإنتاج. المؤهلات المطلوبة مؤهل تعليم فني ثانوي أو أعلى. خبرة من سنتين إلى خمس سنوات كفني كهرباء في أحد المصانع. القدرة على استخدام أجهزة القياس والاختبار الكهربائية لتشخيص الأعطال. القدرة على قراءة المخططات الكهربائية ودوائر التحكم تُعد ميزة إضافية. الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة الكهربائية والإلمام باشتراطات سلامة الغذاء والنظافة الشخصية وقواعد الـ GMP.

Role Description The Training / L&D Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that support performance, service quality, and employee development across the organization. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training needs analyses, developing instructional materials, facilitating onboarding and role-specific training sessions, and coaching team members and supervisors on best practices. The Training / L&D Lead will collaborate closely with operations and HR to align learning initiatives with business goals, monitor training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, and continuously refine programs. The role also involves supporting customer service excellence through targeted training interventions and contributing to a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to engage diverse audiences. Expertise in Training & Development and Training, with experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating learning programs. Proficiency in Instructional Design, including creating structured curricula, learning materials, and assessments. Background in Customer Service, with an understanding of service standards and how to train teams to meet them. Experience in Learning & Development or a similar role within BPO or service-oriented environments is preferred. Ability to analyze performance data, identify skill gaps, and translate findings into practical training solutions. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
