عن الوظيفة
Company Description ITXPROS is a guided surgery company founded by dentists, CAD engineers, and executives who are committed to advancing digital implant surgery. The team brings over 25 years of collective experience in implants and guided surgery, offering deep clinical and technical expertise. ITXPROS partners with dental practices and labs to provide implant treatment planning and customized surgical guides for both routine and complex cases. The company specializes in unique guides for simple procedures and state-of-the-art stackable surgical guides for “Teeth in a Day” treatments, aiming to deliver a reliable and efficient experience for clinicians and their patients. Role Description The Digital Marketing Senior Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that promote ITXPROS services to dental practices and labs. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, coordinating online marketing activities, monitoring web analytics, and improving online presence and lead generation. The specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop messaging, create digital content, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. The role also involves analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending data-driven improvements to support business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Email Marketing & Automation (owner) Plan, build, test and send newsletters, promotional e-blasts and pre-/post-event sequences in Mailchimp. Build and maintain automated nurture flows for webinar registrants, course leads and product enquiries. Own list health: imports, de-duplication, segmentation, tags and deliverability best practice. Run A/B tests on subject lines, layouts, offers and send times; report results against baseline. 2. Webinars & CE Events (owner) Run the end-to-end webinar workflow: speaker agreements, Zoom setup, CE Zoom listings, rehearsal, live session, attendee export and recordings. Issue CE certificates accurately and on time, using the current PACE approval details. Drive registrations through e-blasts, pop-ups, paid social and partner channels; report registration-to-attendance rates. Raise purchase orders through the Marketing Coordinator and keep partner contacts (e.g., CE providers, course faculty) informed. Support event marketing for conferences and partner programmes (e.g., FDC, Lab Day, study clubs). 3. Paid Campaign Execution (executor, not strategy owner) Set up, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and Google/YouTube within the channel plan, budget and targets set by the Digital Performance Manager. Prepare ad variations and audiences, monitor daily pacing and flag CPL or quality issues early. Apply UTM naming rules to every link and check that pixels and conversion events fire, partnering with the Web Developer to fix issues. Share channel-level results each week to feed the department performance dashboard. 4. Landing Pages, Pop-ups & Web Updates Write complete landing-page briefs (asset, page name, URL slug, form name) and send them to the Web Developer, who builds the page in Webflow. QA every page and form before launch: CAPTCHA, test submission, lead notification, correct form name. Set up and retire Hello Bar pop-ups and banners on schedule, in line with brand guidelines. Keep event and course listings on the website accurate; apply basic on-page SEO (metadata, keywords) to the pages you publish. 5. Leads, CRM & Sales Handoff Upload, clean and tag campaign leads in the CRM using the campaign naming convention. Route qualified leads and webinar attendee lists to Sales within the agreed SLA and confirm follow-up status. Maintain course and LMS completion reporting for education partners. 6. Documentation & Coordination Maintain living SOPs for every workflow you own, plus an access register (platform, account, admin) and a contacts directory, stored in the team shared drive. Keep your campaigns and events current on the master marketing calendar managed by the Marketing Coordinator. Request copy from the Content Creator and visuals from the design team using the standard brief; Canva is for quick resizes and variants only. Validate technical and clinical claims with the Dental/CAD team before anything is published. Show more
