Role Overview – Resident Engineer | Project Manager (Site-Based)We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Resident Engineer to lead site-based project delivery and oversee multidisciplinary construction activities. In this role, you will act as the primary technical authority on-site, ensuring successful execution of works in alignment with approved designs, contractual requirements, quality standards, and project timelines. You will coordinate between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders while driving proactive problem-solving and project control. Main Responsibilities – Site Leadership & Technical Oversight Lead and supervise overall site activities to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and contract requirements. Coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP works to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery. Monitor construction progress, quality performance, and project milestones. Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and method statements. Conduct regular site inspections and issue technical instructions when required. Manage contractor performance, resolve technical challenges, and mitigate project risks. Prepare progress reports and present project updates to stakeholders and project management teams. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures. Provide technical leadership and guidance to site supervision engineers. What You Bring – Qualifications & Leadership Skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural / Architectural Engineering or related field. Strong experience in managing large-scale or complex construction projects. Solid understanding of contracts, construction methodology, and site coordination. Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors effectively. Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving capability. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Familiarity with international standards and construction regulations is preferred.
