Analyzing workforce data to identify opportunities for resource optimization and efficiency improvements. Providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making related to workforce management. Lead workforce analytics projects and initiatives, and guiding the work of junior analysts. Contribute to the development of workforce strategies that align with the organization's objectives. Work closely with HR, operations, and other departments to ensure that workforce planning aligns with organizational goals and strategies.
