Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily logistics operations, shipments, and deliveries. Follow up with suppliers, transportation providers, warehouses, and branches to ensure smooth operations. Track orders, shipment status, delivery schedules, and inventory movements. Coordinate the transfer and distribution of products between warehouses and branches. Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to monitor stock availability and movement. Maintain accurate logistics records, reports, and shipment documentation. Monitor delays, discrepancies, and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution. Prepare and review shipping and export documentation, where applicable. Monitor logistics performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Distribution, or a similar role. Experience in Retail, Textiles, Fashion, Furniture, Home Décor, or FMCG is highly preferred. Good understanding of logistics operations, inventory control, warehousing, and transportation coordination. Good command of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Familiarity with ERP systems or logistics management software. Strong organizational, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. Good analytical, communication, and time-management skills. Good command of English. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Knowledge of export procedures and shipping documentation is an advantage. Show more

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management, including stock tracking, record keeping, and conducting regular audits. Candidates should possess practical skills in Packing and Unloading, with the ability to handle goods safely and prepare materials for storage or dispatch. Candidates should possess safe and compliant Forklift Operation skills or experience with similar material-handling equipment, following all safety regulations.
