Dejavu is looking for a creative graphic designer to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help us build our brand identity , as well as support various marketing initiatives and client campaigns. Graphic designer who specialize in designing visual materials for retail environments. work often includes creating signage, promotional displays, packaging, branding, and digital graphics that enhance customer experience and drive sales in stores. will collaborate with marketing teams, store planners, and merchandisers to ensure that all visual elements align with the brand’s identity and messaging. Retail graphic designers use tools like Adobe Creative Suite to develop eye-catching and effective designs tailored for physical and digital retail spaces. Key Responsibilities Design store signage, window graphics, promotional displays, and visual merchandising elements. Create engaging product packaging that appeals to shoppers and reflects brand identity Produce assets for social media, web banners, email campaigns, and print catalogues. Ensure all store and online materials follow established brand guidelines. Work with marketing, product, and retail operations teams to plan campaigns and meet deadlines. Format final files for print production or digital publishing and coordinate with external vendors. Qualifications and Requirements:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional portfolio). Experience: 2 to 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a retail or agency environment. Software Skills: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Core Skills: Strong foundation in typography, layout, color theory, and print production. Soft Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects at once, communicate design ideas clearly, and work well under tight deadlines.
