We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Contrack Facilities Management (CFM) to lead site operations and maintenance in New Cairo. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Oversee mechanical maintenance activities and daily FM operations across site facilities. Manage core systems including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and chillers. Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance strategies seamlessly. Troubleshoot complex technical faults and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Supervise site engineers, technicians, and contractors while ensuring strict safety and quality compliance. Monitor equipment performance, manage site resources, and prepare operational maintenance reports. 📋 Requirements: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. 3+ years of experience in Facility Management (Banking sector experience is a strong plus).
