About the Role
United Delta is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead the design of
enterprise technology solutions that address complex business challenges and support
our clients’ digital transformation objectives.
The role combines architecture leadership, customer engagement, presales support,
and delivery oversight across enterprise applications, integration, automation, cloud,
data, and AI. You will translate business strategies and visions into secure, scalable,
and commercially viable solutions, ensuring alignment between client objectives,
proposed architecture, and delivery execution.
Experience in government, financial services, and the investment sector is
preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture and Technology Strategy
Assess clients’ business capabilities, application landscapes, integration
ecosystems, and technology constraints.
Define current-state and target-state architectures, gap assessments, and
phased transformation roadmaps.
Design end-to-end solutions spanning enterprise applications, digital channels,
workflows, APIs, data platforms, cloud services, and AI capabilities.
Define non-functional requirements covering security, availability, performance,
scalability, resilience, and disaster recovery.
Evaluate technology options and recommend platforms based on business fit,
interoperability, implementation complexity, and total cost of ownership.
Ensure proposed solutions align with clients’ enterprise architecture principles,
governance standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Customer Engagement
Lead discovery workshops and architecture discussions with business stakeholders,
enterprise architects, IT leaders, and executive sponsors.
Translate business requirements into clear solution designs, scope definitions,
assumptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
Lead the technical response to RFPs and RFIs, including architecture diagrams,
implementation approaches, and technical compliance matrices.
Collaborate with practice leads, and delivery teams to develop estimates,
resource plans, proposals, and statements of work.
Present solution recommendations and explain architectural trade-offs to
technical and non-technical audiences.
Guide demonstrations and proofs of concept to validate critical requirements and
reduce implementation risk.
Delivery Governance and Technical Leadership
Maintain architectural oversight from discovery through implementation, testing,
deployment, and transition to operations.
Guide development and integration teams, review solution designs, and resolve
cross-platform technical issues.
Identify architectural risks, delivery dependencies, and scope gaps, and
recommend practical mitigation measures.
Assess change requests and communicate their impact on architecture, effort,
cost, and timelines.
Establish reusable reference architectures, design patterns, and documentation
standards.
Mentor technical teams and collaborate with technology partners to strengthen
United Delta’s solution capabilities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information
Technology, or a related discipline.
Typically 10+ years of relevant technology experience, including 5+ years in
solution or enterprise architecture.
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering complex enterprise solutions
involving multiple platforms, integrations, and stakeholder groups.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, application architecture, API
management, integration patterns, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Experience with cloud and hybrid environments.
Working knowledge of identity and access management, cybersecurity principles,
data governance, and enterprise security controls.
Experience with enterprise automation, BPM, low-code platforms, CRM, or
comparable business application platforms.
Ability to develop architecture documentation, technical proposals, delivery
estimates, and implementation roadmaps.
Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and technical
leadership skills.
Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Experience delivering digital transformation programs for government entities,
financial institutions, capital market organizations, or investment firms.
Familiarity with sector-specific processes such as regulatory services, licensing,
supervision, compliance, customer onboarding, and investment operations.
Experience working with Saudi Arabian or wider GCC clients, including an
understanding of data residency, privacy, and regulatory considerations.
Exposure to one or more Enterprise Technologies.
Experience incorporating AI, intelligent document processing, or agentic
workflows into enterprise solutions, with appropriate governance and human
oversight.
Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, Azure Solutions Architect,
AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
Arabic language proficiency.
