Role Description The PEP is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves engaging with industrial clients to understand their liquid-processing challenges, proposing technically sound solutions, and demonstrating the value of Sustainova CIP’s technologies in terms of efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability impact. Day-to-day activities include preparing and delivering technical presentations, supporting the sales cycle with detailed system specifications, coordinating with engineering teams to develop proposals, and providing technical support before and after installation. The PEP will manage customer inquiries, follow up on opportunities, contribute to tender responses, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools. The role also includes building long-term customer relationships, supporting commissioning and troubleshooting as needed, and gathering market feedback to inform product and solution development. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear solution proposals. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and support clients through the full project lifecycle.
