Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and verifying payroll inputs. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions. Prepare reports including earnings summaries, taxes, deductions, leaves, taxable and non-taxable earnings, as well as other HR/Payroll metrics. Perform minor administrative tasks, such as updating employee records and supporting HR documentation. Provide support for ad-hoc HR projects and administrative needs which includes, onboarding, offboarding, salary changes, title changes, etc. Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with payroll and HR regulations. Upkeep and assisting of inquiries regarding the HR system. About You: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with payroll systems or data entry preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with HR processes is an asset. Fluency in English is a MUST Show more

المهام والمسؤوليات الوظيفية: تنفيذ كافة الإجراءات المالية والمحاسبية المعتمدة بالشركة وفق السياسات واللوائح المعمول بها، مع ضمان الدقة والالتزام بسير دورة المستندات المالية بشكل صحيح. إعداد القيود المحاسبية الخاصة بالأصول والالتزامات وحقوق الملكية من خلال تجميع وتحليل البيانات المالية والحسابات. المساهمة في تعزيز الرقابة المالية من خلال الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات المحاسبية واقتراح التحسينات اللازمة. المحافظة على سرية وأمن المعلومات المالية من خلال تنفيذ إجراءات النسخ الاحتياطي للبيانات والتأكد من سلامتها. إعداد وتحليل التقارير المالية الدورية، بما في ذلك تحليل الفروقات في قائمة الدخل، ورفع النتائج والتوصيات للإدارة. المشاركة في إعداد الموازنات التقديرية ومتابعة الأداء المالي وتحليل الانحرافات. متابعة الأعمال الضريبية والتأكد من الالتزام بالمتطلبات واللوائح الضريبية المعمول بها. تطوير وتحديث وتوثيق أنظمة السجلات والعمليات المحاسبية بما يضمن كفاءة العمل ودقة البيانات. تقديم الدعم والمشورة المالية للإدارة فيما يتعلق باستخدام الموارد، والتخطيط المالي، والافتراضات المرتبطة بالموازنات والتوقعات المالية. إعداد وحفظ ومراجعة السجلات والتقارير المطلوبة للجهات الحكومية والرقابية. متطلبات الوظيفة: حاصل على بكالوريوس تجارة – قسم المحاسبة من جامعة حكومية فقط. حاصل على تقدير عام لا يقل عن "جيد".

مطلوب محاسب للعمل بمصنع أحذية نبحث عن محاسب يتميز بالدقة والتنظيم، ولديه استعداد للتعلم وتطوير مهاراته. المهام الوظيفية: تسجيل طلبات العملاء على النظام ومراجعة بياناتها. مراجعة وتسجيل المعاملات المالية الخاصة بالحسابات البنكية والمحافظ الإلكترونية والبريد المصري، ومطابقتها مع الكشوف والمستندات. تسجيل فواتير الموردين ومراجعة بياناتها والمستندات المرتبطة بها. تعلم وتنفيذ مهام محاسبية وإدارية إضافية حسب احتياجات العمل. متطلبات الوظيفة: خبرة عملية في استخدام أنظمة ERP شرط أساسي، مع إجادة تسجيل ومراجعة العمليات على النظام. مؤهل مناسب في المحاسبة. إجادة استخدام Excel. الدقة في إدخال البيانات ومراجعتها، والالتزام بمواعيد العمل وسرية المعلومات. القدرة على التعلم وتحمل المسؤولية والتعاون مع فريق العمل.
