SHEHABCO is hiring an Installation Manager to lead the execution and delivery of on-site installation, testing, and commissioning works. Key Responsibilities Execute and deliver installation works on site in line with the approved schedule, scope, and budget. Lead Technical Supervisors and Technicians, track daily progress, and report site status in weekly meetings. Receive and verify materials and equipment against purchase orders, and keep the next day’s materials ready in advance. Anticipate installation issues, take corrective action, and escalate unresolved issues to the Project Manager / Division Manager. Track site variations and coordinate with the concerned departments for materials and delivery. Ensure the works meet contract specifications, approved drawings, applicable codes, and quality standards. Supervise testing and commissioning, and prepare As-Built drawings and handover documents for the client. Enforce HSE rules, keep accurate site attendance records, and attend client, consultant, and management meetings as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and executing on-site installation works. Strong knowledge of installation, testing, and commissioning of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and Security systems. Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English and/or Arabic. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook. Required Experience/skills Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience. Proven experience designing, implementing, and testing FPGA-based designs. Hands-on experience with the Xilinx Vivado toolset for IP creation, integration, and design optimization. Experience using the Xilinx Integrated Logic Analyzer (ILA) for debugging. Practical experience working with hardware in a laboratory environment. Knowledge of PCIe and/or Ethernet protocols. Preferably has experience using commercial FPGA prototyping platforms, preferably Siemens proFPGA or proFPGA CS. Nice to have experience with FPGA embedded processors and PetaLinux. Nice to have previous customer-facing experience, such as an Application Engineer supporting emulation or FPGA prototyping solutions.
