المهام المطلوبة: مسئول عن القيام بالأعمال الادارية بالمخزن. مسئول عن متابعة الأكواد و الأصناف وفحص و استلام المنتجات و تخزينها ومتابعة أرصدة كارت الصنف الخاص بكل كود . استيفاء أمر الاستلام والتسليم وتسجيله على نظام الخاص بالشركة سيستم ERP (أودوو). التأكد من استلام الكمية المطلوبة من الخامات والاكسسوارات - ...... إلخ). وزن وقياس وإستلام وفحص عينات من المنتجات المستلمة (الخامات والاكسسوارات) والمنتجات المنصرفة (المنتج التام). الالتزام بتعليمات السلامة والصحة المهنية. الشروط: التفرغ التام للوظيفة. حسن المظهر ومهارات التواصل الجيدة. العمل على السيستم الخاص بالشركة (Odoo). إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلى ومجموعة أوفيس إجادة تامة. يفضل من مقيمين مدينة 15 مايو وحلوان وضواحيها. العمل يومياً من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 4:30 مساءاً عدا الجمعة والأجازات الرسمية.

GTC for Logistics Solutions – Mansour Group is looking for a Quality & Food Safety Specialist to join our Distribution Center team. Location: Abu Rawash, Giza About the Role Ensure compliance with quality and food safety requirements across dry, chilled, and frozen warehouse operations. The role supports product integrity, cold chain compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement in line with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily inspections of products, storage conditions, and operational practices to ensure quality and food safety compliance. Monitor temperatures across warehouses and delivery vehicles, investigate deviations, and follow up on corrective actions. Implement and monitor food safety management systems, HACCP, and good manufacturing, hygiene, and warehousing practices. Follow up on Quality Inspection Program (QIP), DQMP, and customer-specific requirements. Identify and document nonconformities, coordinate product hold and release activities within delegated authority, and escalate critical issues. Investigate quality complaints and food safety incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Participate in internal and external audits and maintain site readiness for customer and regulatory inspections. Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and supporting documentation. Deliver quality and food safety awareness sessions and support relevant emergency response plans. Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues and improve compliance. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or a related discipline. 2–5 years of experience in quality and food safety. Experience in food operations, cold chain logistics, or FMCG is preferred. Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety management systems, GMP, GHP, and good warehousing practices. Familiarity with quality inspections, root cause analysis, CAPA, and audit requirements. Relevant HACCP, ISO, or food safety training is preferred. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
