About the job Coordinate and support Frozen Bites for Food Industries' international export operations, ensuring the accurate preparation of export documentation, efficient shipment coordination, and timely execution of export orders. Work closely with international customers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth shipping operations and maintain compliance with export requirements. 1- Coordinate export shipments from order confirmation to final document submission, ensuring all shipping arrangements and required documentation are completed accurately and on time. 2- Prepare, review, and organize export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and other required shipping and export documents. 3- Arrange and follow up on international shipping bookings, coordinating with shipping lines and freight forwarders regarding vessel schedules, container loading, shipment tracking, and shipping deadlines. 4- Coordinate with customs brokers and relevant authorities to support export procedures and ensure the timely processing of required shipping documents and certificates. 5- Communicate with international customers regarding shipment arrangements, document requirements, shipping schedules, and shipment updates. 6- Verify the accuracy and consistency of export documents, ensuring that product details, quantities, shipping information, and other relevant data match across all documents. 7- Coordinate the preparation and issuance of export certificates and product documentation, working with the relevant internal and external parties as required. 8- Maintain accurate export records and shipment status reports, identify potential delays or documentation issues, and coordinate with the relevant parties to resolve them promptly. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in export coordination, export documentation, or international shipping. Previous experience in food exports or the frozen fruits and vegetables industry is an advantage. Good knowledge of export procedures, international shipping, freight forwarding, and shipping documentation. Familiarity with commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and export certificates. Very good command of written and spoken English. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.
