Key Responsibilities: • Account & Relationship Management:  Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.  Conduct regular check-ins via meetings, calls, and digital channels to maintain engagement.  Deeply understand merchant business needs to recommend appropriate products and services.  Drive high levels of merchant engagement, satisfaction, and retention. • Sales & Business Development:  Present and explain fintech and digital payment solutions to existing and prospective merchants.  Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase product utilization.  Develop and manage an active sales pipeline to support business targets.  Consistently achieve assigned monthly sales, activation, transaction, and revenue goals. • Merchant Support & Administration:  Respond to merchant inquiries and resolve escalations professionally and promptly.  Coordinate seamlessly with Operations, Underwriting, and Risk teams to resolve issues.  Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer data and interaction logs within the CRM system.  Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and account performance.  Ensure all interactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
