مطلوب فوراً محاسب مخازن للعمل في مخزن الشركة في 6 أكتوبر يفضل ساكني 6 أكتوبر المؤهلات الأكاديمية والعلمية المؤهل الدراسي: درجة بكالوريوس في التجارة أو المحاسبة وما يعادلها. سنوات الخبرة: 3 سنوات في حسابات ومراقبة المخزون. المهارات التقنية والبرمجيات برامج الإكسيل: إجادة استخدام برنامج Microsoft Excel بمهارة عالية وخاصة الجداول المتقدمة. الأنظمة الإدارية: معرفة جيدة بالعمل على أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات مثل ERP / Odoo. الدورة المستندية: الإلمام الكامل بأذون الاستلام، أذون الصرف، وتحويلات المخازن. المهارات الشخصية والعملية دقة الملاحظة: التركيز الشديد على التفاصيل ومراجعة المستندات بدقة لضبط العجز والزيادة. التنظيم والترتيب: القدرة على مطابقة الرصيد الفعلي في المخزن مع الرصيد المسجل على النظام. التواصل الفعّال: التنسيق المستمر مع أقسام المشتريات، المبيعات، والإنتاج.

Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, preparing journal entries, and maintaining accurate ledgers. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and credit card statements, and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. The role will also involve preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, assisting with cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies. Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with experience in the travel and tourism industry and practical knowledge of Zoho. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, reconciling accounts, monitoring payments and collections, and maintaining accurate financial records related to travel services and supplier operations.Key Responsibilities Record and maintain daily financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments using Zoho. Reconcile bank accounts, cash transactions, customer accounts, and supplier statements. Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and supplier payments. Track financial transactions related to flights, hotels, transfers, travel packages, and other travel services. Verify supplier invoices, client quotations, bookings, and payment records against agreed prices and terms. Monitor client deposits, outstanding balances, refunds, cancellations, and payment discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of commissions, supplier costs, client payments, and transaction profitability. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, expense summaries, and account reconciliations. Support month-end closing and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions. Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and applicable accounting and tax requirements. Identify discrepancies and support management with accurate financial data for decision-making. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Previous experience as an Accountant, preferably within the travel and tourism industry. Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or Zoho Finance applications. Good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting. Familiarity with travel-related financial transactions, including airline bookings, hotel reservations, supplier settlements, refunds, and commissions. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential financial information and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across departments. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with travel management companies, travel agencies, DMCs, or tourism operators. Experience with multi-currency transactions and foreign supplier payments. Familiarity with VAT, tax documentation, and foreign currency reconciliation. Experience integrating or coordinating financial workflows with Zoho CRM or other Zoho applications.
