The role involves working closely with the Group CFO and CEO to deliver accurate financial insights, financial models, and management reports while supporting communication with analysts and investors. Key Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial planning activities across Group companies. Analyze financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, and investigate budget variances. Prepare management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level presentations. Analyze profitability, cost drivers, working capital, and cash flow performance. Develop financial models, business cases, and investment analyses, including ROI, NPV, IRR, and DCF valuation. Support investor relations activities, including earnings releases, investor presentations, analyst meetings, and market consensus tracking. Ensure financial data accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency with approved company disclosures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business performance into actionable financial insights. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management reporting. Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Solid experience in financial modeling, valuation, DCF, and trading multiples. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred. Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic. CFA (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred; CMA or MBA is an advantage. Job Summary: The Senior Collection Specialist is responsible for managing complex and high-value accounts, ensuring timely collections, reducing overdue balances, and improving cash flow performance.
