Role Description The Pattern Maker is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. This role is responsible for developing, adjusting, and finalizing patterns for a variety of textile and apparel products, ensuring accurate fit and efficient production. Job Purpose
Lychee Egypt is seeking an experienced Dairy Production Manager to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations, ensuring production efficiency, consistent product quality, food safety, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both production and quality management, preferably within the dairy industry, particularly milk, yogurt, and cheese manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production operations to achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards and delivery schedules.
Develop and implement production plans based on demand forecasts and business requirements.
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene requirements, and quality control procedures.
Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process to ensure consistency across all batches.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Procurement teams.
Monitor raw material consumption, production yield, waste, and manufacturing costs.
