🔹 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team and play a key role in planning, monitoring, and controlling complex construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, Project Controls, Risk Management, and EVM, with the ability to manage project schedules, analyze progress, identify risks, and drive timely project delivery.
Experience in Data Centers and IT projects is highly preferred.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Analyze project progress, forecast timelines, and identify potential delays.
• Develop and implement effective delay mitigation and recovery plans.
• Optimize resource planning to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
• Identify project risks, assess their impact, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Lead planning meetings and present project schedules and progress updates.
• Prepare detailed progress reports, critical path analysis, and EVM reports.
• Establish and monitor project KPIs in line with contractual requirements.
• Apply best practices in planning and scheduling to improve project performance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior planning team members.

🔹 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of planning experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience working on large and complex construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Advanced MS Excel.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and project control systems.
