About the Role: We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Specialist with hands-on experience in the Cosmeceutical, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Pharmaceutical industry to join our Quality team. The role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day QC activities, ensuring that raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished products meet established quality standards and specifications. Responsibilities Conduct routine chemical and physical testing of raw materials, packaging materials, bulk, and finished products according to approved specifications and procedures. Perform sampling, testing, and analysis in line with approved SOPs, specifications, and quality standards. Review and document laboratory test results accurately and ensure proper completion of QC records and reports. Support in-process and finished product inspections and ensure compliance with approved quality requirements. Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) or abnormal results and support the implementation of appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Maintain proper laboratory practices, including equipment handling, cleanliness, calibration, and documentation. Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, R&D, and Warehouse teams to resolve quality-related issues and maintain smooth operations. Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, safety requirements, and internal quality procedures. Support stability studies, validation activities, and other QC projects when required. Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure all testing activities are properly documented and traceable. 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Science, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in Quality Control, preferably within Cosmeceuticals, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Pharmaceutical manufacturing. Good knowledge of QC laboratory practices, testing methods, SOPs, GMP, and GLP. Practical understanding of raw material, bulk, and finished-product testing.
