Connect to your opportunity The Oracle Fusion Finance / Project Management Manager will lead and manage Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and optimization projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective project delivery. This role combines deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance with strong project management skills to oversee project planning, execution, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Finance projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence. Manage and mentor a team of Oracle Fusion Finance consultants and project resources. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and translate requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions. Oversee configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and issue logs. Facilitate communication between technical teams, business users, and senior management. Drive adoption of project management best practices and Oracle Fusion Finance best practices. Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and organizational policies. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Familiarity with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus. Oracle Fusion Financials certification is advantageous.
