We are seeking a passionate Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in Micro Focus LoadRunner and proven experience in the Banking & Financial Services sector. In this role, you will drive performance assurance initiatives for critical applications, helping ensure exceptional user experiences, scalability, resilience, and operational excellence. What You'll Do Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests. Build and maintain LoadRunner scripts using VuGen, Controller, and Analysis. Create realistic workload models and simulate production-like user behavior. Perform performance testing for Web Applications, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and IBM WebSphere MQ integrations. Monitor system health, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable optimization recommendations. Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, middleware, and database teams to improve application performance. Prepare executive-ready performance reports and support performance tuning initiatives. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of hands-on performance testing experience, preferably within Banking or Financial Services environments. Strong expertise in Micro Focus LoadRunner. Solid understanding of performance engineering methodologies and system bottleneck analysis.
