هذا الملخص مُعد بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي اعتمادًا على المعلومات المتاحة، وقد لا يعكس جميع تفاصيل الشركة.Home Efficiency Standard is a company seeking motivated individuals to contribute to its mission of enhancing residential energy efficiency. The organization is currently looking for a Salesperson to help drive growth and connect with potential clients interested in sustainable home improvements. While the exact nature of the business and operational details are not specified, the role of a Salesperson suggests that the company likely engages in activities related to selling products or services aimed at improving home energy efficiency. This could include offering solutions such as insulation, heating systems, or renewable energy installations. The company's focus appears to be on supporting homeowners in achieving greater energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact. As it continues to expand, Home Efficiency Standard is seeking dedicated professionals who share its commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Following the federal government's October 8 announcement of a $2 billion initiative to support home heating upgrades, we're actively taking applications from homeowners across Canada and facilitating the process from initial intake through to installation.
Here's the problem we're helping solve.
Thousands of Ontario homeowners are still relying on older oil and propane furnaces, electric baseboard heaters, and outdated heating equipment that can be expensive to operate. These systems contribute to high energy bills and put a significant financial burden on households year after year.
Our goal is to help homeowners explore more efficient alternatives, including heat pumps, high-efficiency furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, insulation, and other home efficiency upgrades.
How our program works:
Homeowner intake: We speak with homeowners across Ontario who are interested in available federal grants, reducing energy costs, or replacing outdated equipment.
Property assessment: We assess their existing heating system, home, energy needs, and potential eligibility for available programs.
Customized solutions: We help identify suitable upgrades and explain applicable grants, incentives, and financing options.
Installation coordination: We facilitate the process of connecting eligible homeowners with installation teams to complete their upgrades.
Projects can range from $18,000 to $25,000, depending on the equipment and work required. Eligible homeowners may be able to access applicable funding and spread remaining costs through financing, subject to approval and program terms.
The objective is to make home upgrades more accessible while helping homeowners improve comfort, reduce energy waste, and potentially lower their monthly energy expenses.
Your role as a closer
Your job is to educate homeowners, understand their needs, explain the available options, and help them make an informed decision.
We're not simply selling a furnace or a heat pump. We're helping homeowners navigate a complicated process involving funding opportunities, equipment upgrades, and installation.
We already have homeowners applying for assistance and warm leads coming into our pipeline. Our team is growing, and we're looking for motivated closers who can turn those conversations into completed projects.
If you understand sales, care about results, and want to be part of a business addressing a real problem for Canadian homeowners, welcome to the team.
Let's help more Ontario families upgrade their homes and take control of their energy costs.
