Role Description The Property Consultant role at Living Yards is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The Property Consultant will guide prospective clients through the property selection and purchasing process, including conducting site visits, presenting available units, and explaining project features, payment plans, and contractual terms. This role involves responding to inquiries, following up with leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting buyers from initial contact to closing. The Property Consultant will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to stay updated on project offerings, market trends, and promotional activities, ensuring accurate and compelling information is shared with clients. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored property recommendations. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to present information clearly and handle objections professionally. Knowledge of the local real estate market in Cairo and familiarity with residential property sales processes. Comfort with using CRM systems, email, and basic office software to manage leads, appointments, and client records.
