Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and maintain all Warehouse & Logistics documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company requirements.
Control and organize documentation related to warehouse operations, inventory management, stock movements, receiving, dispatching, and logistics activities.
Ensure all documents are properly recorded, classified, filed, and archived for easy retrieval and traceability.
Verify the accuracy of warehouse and logistics records against operational transactions and supporting documents.
Ensure all documentation complies with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable regulatory requirements across all markets.
Maintain updated document registers and tracking logs to monitor document status, revisions, approvals, and expiry dates, where applicable.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and other relevant departments to collect, validate, and update required documentation.
Monitor document revisions and ensure that the latest approved versions are available to relevant stakeholders.
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate, complete, and readily accessible documentation.
Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, or non-compliance issues and coordinate corrective actions with the concerned departments.
Ensure the confidentiality, security, and integrity of warehouse and logistics records in accordance with company procedures.
Prepare periodic reports on documentation status, pending approvals, missing records, and compliance issues.
Recommend improvements to documentation processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, standardization, and compliance across all markets.
Academic and professional qualifications:
Bachelor dgree in any relevant field
Food or Beverage manufacturing experience
Experience:
A minimum of 0 - 3 years of experience in the food industry (Frozen food is preferred).

About the Role
The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all meat production processes comply with food safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines. The role involves monitoring production activities, implementing quality control procedures, maintaining food safety systems, and ensuring that all products meet the required specifications from raw material receiving to final product dispatch.

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor all stages of meat production to ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety requirements, and approved procedures.
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of HACCP, GMP, GHP, and other applicable food safety systems.
- Inspect incoming raw meat, ingredients, and packaging materials to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs), including cooking, chilling, freezing, storage, and handling processes, as applicable.
- Conduct regular inspections of production lines, equipment, personnel hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Verify compliance with temperature control requirements throughout production, storage, and transportation.
- Investigate quality deviations, non-conformities, and customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct internal quality and food safety audits and follow up on corrective action plans.
- Review and maintain quality documentation, inspection records, traceability records, and food safety reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, and other relevant departments to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure proper product identification, traceability, and implementation of product recall procedures when necessary.
- Monitor microbiological and chemical testing results in coordination with the laboratory or external testing facilities.
- Support the development and revision of quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection checklists.
- Train production employees on food safety, personal hygiene, quality standards, and safe meat-handling practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable food safety regulations, customer requirements, and relevant certification standards.
- Analyze quality performance indicators and recommend improvements to reduce product defects, waste, and food safety risks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Food Safety, preferably in meat processing or meat production facilities.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP, and food safety management systems.
- Practical experience in meat processing operations, including raw material inspection, production monitoring, and finished product evaluation.
- Knowledge of microbiological hazards, cross-contamination prevention, allergen control, and temperature management.
- Experience in conducting internal audits, investigating non-conformities, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Familiarity with ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, or other relevant food safety standards is an advantage.
- Good understanding of food safety regulations and applicable local regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts when required.
