Role Description The Retail Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Markaz El Mansoura. This role is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the selection of luxury accessories and jewelry. Daily tasks include presenting product features and benefits, answering questions, handling sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records at the point of sale. The Retail Sales Specialist also ensures that displays are well-organized, stock is replenished, and the store environment remains clean and inviting. The role involves providing attentive customer service, resolving inquiries or concerns, and supporting promotional activities to drive sales. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Retail Sales skills, with the ability to support customers throughout the purchasing process. Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to build rapport and interact effectively with diverse customers. Candidates should possess good Product Knowledge and a willingness to learn details about luxury accessories and jewelry. Candidates should possess basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing. Prior experience in retail or luxury goods sales is beneficial. Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours, and contribute positively to a team environment.
