Company Description : HIVAC Contracting & Project Management specializes in delivering high-quality engineering services and integrated MEP solutions, including HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. With a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and client satisfaction, HIVAC continues to expand its presence in the Egyptian construction market. Role Description HIVAC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience, preferably within the MEP sector, with a strong ability to generate new business opportunities, secure potential projects, expand market reach, and establish long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities : - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential projects within the construction and MEP contracting sectors. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, clients, and key industry stakeholders. - Generate qualified project leads and convert business opportunities into new projects. - Explore new markets and develop strategies to expand the company's client base and market presence. - Identify upcoming projects and actively pursue opportunities for company participation. - Conduct client meetings, presentations, networking activities, and business negotiations. - Coordinate with Tendering, Estimation, and Technical teams throughout the business development process. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. - Support contract negotiations and follow up on opportunities through project award.
