CRM Specialist

Role Responsibilities Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of CRM campaigns across push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, email, and other relevant channels. Help build and maintain automated customer journeys across activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation. Support customer segmentation and targeting across different products and lifecycle stages. Monitor campaign performance, including reach, CTR, engagement, and flow conversion. Support CRM experiments across copy, timing, frequency, targeting, and journey structure. Write and improve CRM copy based on customer behavior and performance. Use AI tools to improve productivity, copy development, analysis, and campaign execution. Work closely with the CRM Lead and the wider Growth team. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role. Familiarity with CRM / customer engagement platforms. Comfortable working with customer segments, campaigns, and basic performance data. Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work. Strong communication and copywriting skills. Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail. Willingness to learn, experiment, and continuously improve. Show more
