المسمى الوظيفي: ميكانيكي معدات ثقيلة (Heavy Equipment Mechanic) موقع العمل: موقع منجم السكري للذهب - مرسى علم القسم: صيانة المعدات المتنقلة (Mobile Maintenance Department) نوع العقد: دوام كامل، عقد دائم نظام العمل (الورديات): مناوبات بنظام (20 يوم عمل / 10 أيام إجازة) الهدف من الوظيفة: تأدية أنشطة الصيانة المخططة (الوقائية) وغير المخططة (الأعطال المفاجئة) خلال المناوبة اليومية بكل سلامة وفعالية. يركز هذا الدور الفني الميداني على إجراء فحص عالي الجودة، واكتشاف الأعطال، وإصلاح أسطول المعدات الثقيلة المتنقلة لتحسين متوسط الوقت بين الأعطال (MTBF) وتقديم نتائج تلبي معايير الجودة وتوقعات الشركة. المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية: -الفحص المتقدم والتنبؤ بالأعطال: إجراء فحص دقيق وشامل للمعدات الثقيلة (بما في ذلك أجزاء الرفع، الأذرع "Sticks"، الكواشط/المغارف "Buckets"، الإطارات الهيكلية، وأجزاء الهياكل السفلية "Undercarriages") لضمان رصد العيوب وإبلاغ المشرفين بها قبل حدوث أعطال تشغيلية كبرى. -تشخيص أوامر العمل: تسجيل معلومات دقيقة وشاملة باستخدام العمليات القياسية لطلبات العمل وإشعارات الأعطال لتسهيل التخطيط الدقيق للصيانة وتنفيذها. -ترتيب أولويات المهام: ترتيب أولويات مهام الصيانة المحددة بناءً على المخاطر المحتملة التي قد تؤثر على الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) ومدى جاهزية المعدات للتشغيل. -تنسيق تسليم الورديات: المشاركة الفعالة في اجتماعات ما قبل بدء العمل اليومية (Pre-start) وتسليم الورديات لمناقشة الأعمال المستمرة، والتحديثات، وتغير خطط التعدين، ومخاطر السلامة المحتملة مع الطاقم البديل. -تنفيذ الصيانة والجودة: تجميع كافة الأدوات المتخصصة، قطع الغيار، والوثائق الفنية المطلوبة قبل البدء في المهمة. تنفيذ الإصلاحات الميكانيكية بأعلى معايير الجودة مع استهداف عدم تكرار العطل نهائياً (Zero Re-work). -الاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي: اختبار المعدات وتشغيلها تجريبياً بشكل صارم بعد الإصلاح للتحقق من معالجة كافة الأعطال الهيدروليكية أو الميكانيكية، والتأكد من كفاءة الصيانة قبل إعادة المعدة للخدمة جاهزة ومطابقة للغرض منها. -الالتزام بالسلامة وأنظمة العزل: الالتزام الصارم بنسبة 100% بكافة متطلبات الموقع والشركة المتعلقة بتصاريح العمل، تقييم المخاطر، عزل المعدات (Lock-out/Tag-out)، وإدارة المخاطر العامة للحفاظ على بيئة عمل خالية من الحوادث (Zero Harm). -التوثيق والنظام العام: تعبئة كافة مستندات الصيانة الفنية بالكامل (بما في ذلك نماذج الصيانة الوقائية وسجلات الفحص) وتسجيل النتائج الفعلية. تنظيف وتصنيف المكونات الأساسية التي تتطلب إصلاحاً، وإعادة قطع الغيار غير المستخدمة للمخازن، والإبلاغ عن الأدوات التالفة، والمحافظة على نظافة وترتيب مكان العمل بشكل مثالي. المتطلبات والمؤهلات: المؤهل العلمي: شهادة رسمية أو دبلوم في الصيانة الميكانيكية أو ما يعادلها من مؤهلات التدريب الفني والمهني المعترف بها. رخصة القيادة: يجب أن يحمل المتقدم رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول. الخبرة العملية: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين (2) (بعد التخرج والحصول على المؤهل) في قطاع المعدات الثقيلة، سيارات النقل الثقيل، أو قطاع الإنشاءات الثقيلة. الأولوية في الاختيار (أولوية قصوى): تُعطى الأولوية في استراتيجيات البحث للمرشحين الذين يمتلكون خبرة فنية مثبتة في التعامل مع معدات تحريك التربة الثقيلة، وخاصة الحفارات (Excavators) واللوادر/المجارف الضخمة (Large Shovels). (لا تشترط خبرة سابقة في مناجم الذهب). المهارات الفنية والمهنية: قدرة مثبتة على قيادة السيارات، تشغيل المعدات والآلات، وتوجيه معدات الدعم بأمان. فهم ومعرفة عملية قوية بمعدات كاتربيلر (Caterpillar)، وأنظمة الماكينات الثقيلة، وبرامج الفحص وتشخيص الأعطال الخاصة بها. معرفة شاملة بالأنظمة الهيدروليكية ذات الضغط العالي (High-pressure hydraulic systems) وهي ميزة مفضلة جداً. قدرة مثبتة على قراءة وتفسير واستكشاف الأعطال باستخدام كتيبات الخدمة الفنية للمخططات، وخرائط العمل، وإرشادات الصيانة. مهارات قوية ومستقلة في حل المشكلات واستكشاف الأعطال الميكانيكية (Fault-finding).

Key Responsibilities * Lead, prepare, develop, review, and oversee mechanical shop drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools, ensuring compliance with project requirements, specifications, approved designs, and construction standards. * Develop, manage, review, and coordinate mechanical BIM models up to LOD 400–500, ensuring accuracy and suitability for construction, fabrication, installation, coordination, and as-built requirements. * Lead and supervise the Mechanical Engineering / BIM team, including task allocation, technical guidance, quality control, performance monitoring, and timely delivery. * Review tender, IFC, construction, coordination, and shop drawings for mechanical systems to ensure technical accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements. * Lead mechanical coordination with Electrical, Architectural, Structural, and site teams, identifying clashes and ensuring timely resolution. * Ensure mechanical drawings, BIM models, calculations, and technical deliverables comply with project specifications, applicable codes, BIM standards, authority requirements, and client/consultant requirements. * Review and coordinate mechanical systems, including HVAC, ventilation, smoke extraction, water supply, drainage, and firefighting systems. * Review mechanical calculations, including heating and cooling loads, duct sizing, pipe sizing, pressure losses, pump head, and equipment selection, as required by the project scope. * Review and coordinate mechanical equipment layouts, plant rooms, ceiling services, ductwork, pipework, shafts, risers, and builders’ work requirements, ensuring installation feasibility and maintenance access. * Provide technical support to site teams through technical clarifications, installation details, RFIs, design modifications, and updated drawings/models. * Coordinate with consultants regarding mechanical shop drawings, BIM submissions, material submittals, technical comments, approvals, and revisions. * Maintain accurate mechanical documentation, drawing registers, BIM model revisions, coordination records, and as-built updates throughout the project lifecycle. * Monitor mechanical BIM model quality and compliance with the project’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP), modeling standards, naming conventions, and coordination procedures. * Support quantity take-offs, material coordination, procurement, value engineering, and construction planning using mechanical BIM models and technical documentation. * Participate in technical meetings, BIM coordination workshops, and progress meetings with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. * Identify mechanical technical risks, coordination issues, and potential delays, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions. * Support project management in monitoring mechanical engineering progress, resource requirements, priorities, and deliverables across multiple projects. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within contracting, construction, or MEP contracting companies. * Strong experience in mechanical technical office operations, BIM coordination, and engineering team leadership. * Proven ability to lead and supervise mechanical engineers and mechanical BIM modelers covering HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems, ensuring technical quality and timely delivery. * Extensive hands-on experience in mechanical shop drawings, construction drawings, technical coordination, and BIM modeling. * Proven experience developing and managing mechanical BIM models at LOD 400–500. * Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP for mechanical systems is required. * Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is required. * Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection tools such as Navisworks is highly preferred. * Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, smoke extraction, water supply, drainage, and firefighting systems. * Strong experience in mechanical calculations, duct and pipe sizing, pressure loss calculations, pump head calculations, and equipment selection. * Strong understanding of mechanical installation methods, equipment coordination, duct and pipe routing, builders’ work, maintenance access, and constructability. * Proven experience coordinating mechanical models and drawings with Electrical, Architectural, and Structural disciplines. * Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, clash detection, model federation, multidisciplinary coordination, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP). * Good understanding of applicable local and international mechanical codes, standards, authority regulations, and project specifications. * Strong leadership, team management, coordination, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, work effectively under pressure, resolve technical issues, and ensure the team meets quality standards and project deadlines.
