WE ARE HIRING! 🚀 Rockdal is looking for a driven Industrial Operations & Maintenance Specialist to join our team in 6th of October City! 🏭 If you are an eager engineering graduate passionate about machinery reliability, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency, this is your opportunity to kickstart your career in a dynamic industrial environment. 📍 Location: 6th of October City, Giza (Residents nearby are highly preferred) 🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline 💼 Experience: Fresh Graduates or up to 1 year of hands-on experience in manufacturing 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Assist in executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and minimize downtime. Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures. Coordinate maintenance schedules and work orders with production teams. Track spare parts inventory and maintain accurate maintenance logs. Support machinery installation, testing, and commissioning. Enforce strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. 🔹 Qualifications & Requirements: Sound understanding of Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic systems. Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
